My father re-interpreted the traditional Chinese herbal medicine theory and applied it successfully to help many people in Vietnam and in the U.S. He wishes for CQF to make proper use of his knowledge to benefit the community. Setting up a service program takes time because there is much to learn about the ancient technique.
